Help & FAQ

Paydo.in service operated by Zetu Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. These answers cover the services currently available to Paydo customers.

Which services are live?

Prepaid mobile recharge and DTH payments are currently available. Services marked Coming Soon are disabled and cannot accept a payment.

What does Coming Soon mean for utility services?

Paydo is preparing electricity, water, gas, broadband, landline, data card and metro payment categories. They are shown in grey on the home page so customers can see the planned services, but their forms and payment actions remain disabled. Paydo will not accept a utility payment until the relevant category is enabled.

Which mobile operators are supported?

Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vi and BSNL are listed. Closed or outdated operator names are not shown in the active recharge form.

How do I recharge?

Open Mobile or DTH on the home page, enter the customer number, choose an operator and amount, then continue. If you are signed out, Paydo asks you to verify your account with OTP before showing the payment step.

Why can I still see plans during a lookup problem?

Paydo saves a recent plan list. When a live lookup is temporarily unavailable, the saved list is shown automatically.

Where can I check recent activity?

Sign in and open My Account. Recharge history is shown only for the verified mobile number in the active session.

What if a payment is charged but the recharge is not completed?

Contact support@paydo.in with the registered mobile number, customer number, amount, date and Paydo reference. Do not send an OTP, PIN, CVV or full card number.
